The Client's Ask
"We need an internal document to help align the whole organization, a guide book. We just went through a pretty heavy restructure and we need clarity on what our new direction is so everyone is on board and working towards the same objectives.
There is a little bit of confusion around who we are and what we are trying to achieve. We would like you to help is understand that and communicate it in a way that is clear and going to get our people excited again."
